PAGASA: Signal No. 1 was lifted over Southern Cebu, Bohol, Negros Oriental and Siquijor but remains hoisted over the northern portion of Cebu (Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu City, Consolacion, Liloan, Compostela, Balamban, Asturias, Danao City, Carmen, Catmon, Sogod, Tuburan, Borbon, San Remigio, Tabuelan, Tabogon, Bogo City, Medellin and Daanbantayan) including Bantayan and Camotes Islands; Leyte, Southern Leyte, Biliran, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Samar, Dinagat Islands and Surigao del Norte.
